What does this upgrade mean for you? 

·      Caregiver’s can apply to BlueSky no matter what Operating System and Browser they are using. 
·      Offices that are 100% Apple no longer need BootCamp or VMWare Fusion to use BlueSky effectively.
·      Firefox users no longer have to be dependant on Internet Explorer!

Margin Calculator

Do your recruiters spend time manually configuring profit margins off your contract/travel placement needs? Allow Blue-Sky’s new margin calculator to simplify this process for them!

The margin calculator allows your recruiters to enter parameters that affect the margin such as time off, benefits, discounts, and per diem expenses. Based on the facility and specialty, Blue-Sky will attach the appropriate pay rate and bill rate, orientation requirements, taxes, and worker’s comp information. Adjust any of these parameters, and Blue-Sky automatically re-calculates the rate margin for you!

Define any payment types and benefits given during the contract. Set payment types to pay to the caregiver and/or bill to the facility daily, weekly, monthly, or once per contract. Once approved, these payments will automatically pull into payroll for you!

Timesheet Upload

Do you hate wasting time copying timesheets and attaching them to invoices? If so, Blue-Sky has the answer!
Upload your caregiver’s timesheets directly into the payroll system of Blue-Sky. You can even allow caregivers to upload their own timesheets through their Blue-Sky portal!

Invoices have customizable parameters including the ability to separate invoices by caregiver, unit, and invoicing groups. During invoice creation, Blue-Sky pulls a copy of all scanned timesheets from payroll. No matter how the invoice is set up, Blue-Sky will attach the appropriate timesheets in order for you!

There is even an option to have invoices sent directly from Blue-Sky via email to your facilities, with all timesheets attached!

We are starting development on a whole new version of NurseTesting.com. As a client your opinion on our current system will help us improve NurseTesting.com for the next version.

When you log in you will see a new link at the top of the page. This will open a new window to a quick 10 question survey. If you are an admin we encourage you to fill this out and ask your recruiters to take the survey as well.

NurseTesting has implemented a new feature to the managing profiles section. Administrators have access to create profiles to standardize exams being sent to caregivers. We have added a “delete” button to this feature to remove out of date/duplicate profiles.

With the newly added “Remind” feature located at the bottom of the candidates “View Scores” page and “Untaken Exams” page, recruiters/staffing specialists have the ability to generate emails to the candidates, prompting them to complete their exams. The goal of this feature is to decrease exam completion time, resulting in quicker profile creation and delivery.
