Weekly Spotlight: Candidate Match for Needs

When you have a clinician on the phone, would you like the ability to present them with all of your agency’s open needs that they qualify for? BlueSky allows you to search for all shifts and travel needs that a caregiver matches with the click of a button!

Within the caregiver’s record, you can now search open travel needs without navigating away from their virtual file!

Click on the “available needs” tab to view needs matching the caregiver’s degree/specialty and availability. Or, click on the “available shifts” option to view shifts the clinician can opt to fill.

For each shift the candidate matches, you can see whether the caregiver meets the orientation requirements, the number of hours previously worked within that unit, and status of facility required documents. And, of course you still have access to assign, send emails, and text/voice messages!
