BlueSky’s newest addition is finally here! We are excited to announce BlueSky’s answer to 24/7 Support.

Do you work all hours of the day? Do you wish you had all the answers to BlueSky at your fingertips? With Get Satisfaction, hundreds of answers to your burning BlueSky questions will be just a few key clicks away.

How does Get Satisfaction work?

As questions arise, you can instantly search for your answer by logging into your BlueSky account. Click on Help and start typing your question. Select Continue and Get Satisfaction will offer a list of suggested answers to your question.

What if your answer is not there?

Don’t worry! Get Satisfaction will lead you through the process of adding a question to the database and your question will be answered within 12 business hours.

You are an expert. If you see a question in BlueSky and know the answer, don’t hesitate to share your knowledge with the community by commenting or answering a question. Also, don’t forget to personalize your account with a picture!
